Transactions can be processed quickly and easily, simply by installing and opening the application on your mobile phone, entering your customer’s card details and fare, and submitting it along with your booking or reference number. Our software does not affect the functionality of your phone.
Not only does this service give the customer freedom to choose how they pay – it can also earn you more money in the process. The service is funded entirely by a 6.5% surcharge added to the fare. This surcharge is flexible, so you can increase or decrease it depending on whether you want the customer to pay more or less. If you decide to increase the surcharge, you get to keep the difference. You could easily earn more with TaxiPay than you were when you were taking cash.
