TaxiPay Chip and PIN is unique in that the minimum rental term is just three months, and only costs £20 a month, including VAT. If you wish to end the service after this time, the terminal can be sent back to us for just the cost of having it delivered back to Adelante. We also offer the lowest industry surcharge, at just 5%. This is configurable which means you can charge as much as you like and keep the difference. Most drivers surcharge at 10% and so a £30 fare costs the customer £33 but the driver receives £31.50. Based on a 10% surcharge, a driver doing £400 per month on cards will pay the entire cost of the terminal rental!
